Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center in beautiful Sturbridge , Massachusetts , is located on scenic Cedar Lake . Ideally located on Route 20 in central Massachusetts , Sturbridge Host Hotel is easily accessible from major New England cities. Boston and Springfield , Massachusetts , Providence , Rhode Island , and Hartford , Connecticut are located within an hour's drive of Sturbridge. New York City is just three hours away by car. Guests at Sturbridge Host Hotel also enjoy our convenient access to fun things to do in Massachusetts such Old Sturbridge Village , Six Flags New England, Basketball Hall of Fame.
HOTEL UPDATE! The Sturbridge Host Hotel is booked for the 2010 Oldsmobile Nationals! We still urge everyone to call the Host Hotel first at 1-800-582-3232 as the listings change regularly. We are monitoring the reservations to avoid duplications and free up rooms whenever possible. Overflow hotels are now taking reservations and we have made arrangements for over 500 rooms to be available in the Sturbridge area. Below is a listing of overflow hotels, their phone numbers and distance from the host hotel. Remember, you must also tell them that you are attending the 2010 Oldsmobile Nationals in order to receive a reduced room rate. Camping information is below.
REGISTRATION UPDATE! Registrations are coming in at an average rate of three per day. As of 01/26/10, we had seventy registrations. We urge you to send yours in soon in order to reserve your spot as space is limited. Some issues and questions have arisen recently and we would like to address them here.
· Registration form: PLEASE sign your name on the bottom left. And make sure you specify your car, class, and judging level. Also check if you are willing to help judge. All judges will receive a free real breakfast and lunch voucher. If you are ordering apparel, make sure you check size and quantity. It?s also imperative to include e-mail address and/or telephone number. If there are any problems with your registration, we will need to contact you for clarification. When you receive your confirmation, please review it and notify us if there are any errors. You will have until June 21st to make changes to your existing registration. A hint is to make a copy of your registration form for your own records.
· Due to space constraints, if you choose "show only", you will be parked with judged cars in your class. We will not separate judged and "show only" cars.
· When you receive your confirmation, there will be another form that you may fill out in order to get a picture and description of your car in our 40th anniversary show magazine. We would like these soon also in order to meet the magazine publication deadline.
· Parking for the 2010 Olds Nationals will be limited. We will provide additional off sight spectator parking at Old Sturbridge Village which is 6/10 miles from the show. Shuttle service will be provided from this area to the show.

The Larz Anderson Auto Museum is home to America's oldest car collection. For over 75 years, the Larz Anderson Auto Museum has been supporting the collector car community through a variety of educational programs, exhibits and lectures. You will be treated to round trip transportation with a tour of the various collector cars on display and you will have time to walk the scenic grounds with an incredible skyline view of Boston . The trip will return in plenty of time for you to make the welcome reception that evening.

This trip will take you on a guided tour of Historic Boston. Boston, first incorporated as a town in 1630 and as a city in 1822, is one of America's oldest cities, with a rich economic and social history. What began as a homesteading community eventually evolved into a center for social and political change. Boston has since become the economic and cultural hub of New England. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a step on guide. You will be treated to an informational tour through greater Boston's history. This while enjoying the comfort of your tour bus surroundings. Once this approx. three hour guided tour is complete, it's off to Quincy Market for a variety of self exploring options. Quincy Market is made up of several venues, those being, Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market and the North and South Markets. Here you will be free to enjoy the splendors of them all. Enjoy over 17 restaurants and pubs (including Cheers) and over 40 small eateries of various delights. There are also over 100 fine shops and street carts to peruse. You will be able to shop, stroll, eat or just wander about enjoying the scenes along the cobble stoned promenade of street entertainment. This will be a full day of fun and enjoyment for all.

The Ladies luncheon is open to all women and children wishing to attend. The luncheon will be held at the famous Publick House right in Sturbridge. Transportation will be provided to this historic 18th century eatery. The Publick House dates back to 1771 and continues to maintain the ambiance from that period. After enjoying a wonderful lunch you can take a stroll on the picturesque grounds. Sadie Green's Curiosity shop is located just next door. They offer a variety of hand crafted items such as antique reproduction jewelry, sterling silver items and precious stones and pearls. Something for everyone. And last there's the Publick House's 18th century bakery, a must stop for everyone.

Mohegan Sun Casino "A World at Play" A world at play and a world to its own, Mohegan Sun, created in 1996 by the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut, is one of the world's most amazing destinations. Gaming, shopping, eating or simply enjoy the free entertainment in the popular Wolf Den. Every turn leads to a new adventure with an indoor 7-story waterfall, the world's largest and most spectacular planetarium dome and the awe-inspiring Wombi Rock, a glowing crystal mountain made of imported stone that serves as the focal point of the Casino of the Sky. No descriptions of the types of gaming are needed, it's all there. As for shops and eateries, there's shopping from newspapers to Tiffany's. Eateries include Margaritaville, Michael Jordon's sports cafe ©, The Longhorn Steak house, Big Bubba's bar-b-que, several buffets and even a Johnny Rockets to name a few. From fine dining to a casual quick bite, it's all there. The Wolf Den provides free music every night. You can enjoy the music just walking around the area or get a seat in the service area for drinks and dancing. It's all there and you get to choose.

Mystic Seaport -- The Museum of America and the Sea -- is the nation's leading maritime museum. For an additional charge, you can also visit the Mystic Aquarium which is located within the Village's property. At Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration, visitors encounter ocean animals in an exciting new way, no scuba gear required! Reach in and touch a ray, go beak-to-nose with a penguin and feel the splash of a beluga whale. Take a thrilling ride in the XD Motion Theater "Deep Sea 3D". In Challenge of the Deep, explore the deep ocean with the world's only exhibits on Dr. Robert Ballard's fascinating expeditions, including his discovery of the R.M.S. Titanic. We will then return with ample time to prepare you for the traditional Awards Banquet, New England Style.
